Hemp Hearts are dehulled Western Australian-grown hemp seeds and are renown for the many health benefits which come from in particular, their high content of three polyunsaturated fatty acids: gamma-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid and its 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega 3.
